Cinnabon and Seattle's Best Coffee development rights in the UAE are owned by United Restaurant Development Company (URD). URD opened its first Cinnabon and Seattle's Best Coffee joint store in Abu Dhabi in July 2001. The company has since then embarked on an aggressive growth strategy that brought the total number of store to 11 in 2003.
